Ordering: Our goal at the Your Bags is to make purchasing products simple, secure and fast. When shopping at our site and you see a product you would like to purchase just select "Add to Cart" to add the product to your shopping cart. You can see what items are in your shopping cart by selecting "My Cart" at the top of the page where you can remove products from the shopping cart or change quantities. If you are ready to start a secure payment transaction, select "Proceed to Checkout" from the "My Cart" page or "Checkout" at the top of any page. At this point, you will be redirected to a secure site where we will request personal information to complete your transaction.
Privacy: We respect the privacy of all our patrons and only use personal information to serve our customers better. We will never offer any part of your personal information to a third party. For a complete disclosure of what information is collected and how it is used, please refer to our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was created in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Fair Information Practice Principles (FIPs), a guideline that represents widely-accepted concepts concerning fair information practice in an electronic marketplace. By visiting our website and/or providing your information to us, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Security: The security of the personal information that you provide is very important to us. All transactions are completed using a 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) protocol which encrypts any transaction data so that it cannot be decoded by third parties. In addition to SSL, our site is compliant with PCI Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). PCI DSS is a set of comprehensive requirements for enhancing payment account data security. PCI DSS was developed by the PCI Security Standards Council which includes the major credit card processors including American Express, Discover Financial Services, MasterCard Worldwide and Visa to help facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures on a global basis.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Your Bags accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. If we are unable to process your payment method please check to ensure you entered the card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing at PhiCube, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Prices are subject to change without notice and subject to acceptance at order confirmation.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation: Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of order. You may cancel the order at any time on in stock bags with no print before they have shipped for a complete refund. On custom bags with print you may cancel your order for a full refund before production has begun. After production has begun there will be no cancellation and no refunds. To cancel the order, you can email us at: support@yourbags.com. Make sure we confirm back the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of your cancellation being sent.
Warranty & Returns: Houston Carton, Inc. DBA YourBags.com (“YourBags”) warrants, to the original purchaser, its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 DAYS from the date of delivery. During the warranty period Houston Carton will replace or refund the purchase price of all materials, which prove to its satisfaction to be defective with new materials of the same or similar type. This warranty shall not apply to any products which have been subject to accident, negligence, abuse or misuse.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND YOUR BAGS MAKES NO FURTHER WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. FINAL DETERMINATION OF THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED ON THE FACE OF THIS DOCUMENT FOR THE USE CONTEMPLATED BY PURCHASER IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASER, AND HOUSTON CARTON SHALL IN NO WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR END USE. YOUR BAGS’S LIABILITY AND PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR PRODUCTS WHICH FAIL TO MEET SPECIFICATIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, CREDIT OR ALLOWANCE, AS YOUR BAGS MAY ELECT. YOUR BAGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR OF ANY DUTY OR OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SALE OF THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED ON THE FACE OF THIS DOCUMENT, IN ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS WITH RESPECT TO WHICH SUCH BREACH OCCURS, AND YOUR BAGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR LOST PROFITS, DOWN TIME OR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO CONTENTS OR FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ALL OF WHICH PURCHASER HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVES.

Any default by Purchaser in the payment of any amount when due under this Document, or any failure by Purchaser to fulﬁll any other obligation pertaining to the purchase of the products described on the face hereof, shall entitle Your Bags, at its option, to all remedies available to it at law or in equity, including, without limitation, retaining all printing and cutting dies, master plates or wood cuts which are in Your Bags’s possession (whether such dies and plates are owned by Your Bags or by Purchaser) until such time as all such defaults by Purchaser have been cured to the satisfaction of Your Bags.

Any action against Your Bags arising out of the sale or use of the products described on the face of this Document, or by reason of any state or federal statutory provision relating thereto, shall be commenced within one (1) year from the date such cause of action arises; otherwise the same shall be barred notwithstanding any statutory period of limitations to the contrary.

Notwithstanding any warranties or terms and conditions which appear on any documents of any nature whatsoever provided by Purchaser, the parties hereto agree that the sole terms, conditions, and warranties of this sale are limited to those set forth above. Any inconsistent provisions in any order or form of Purchaser’s shall not be binding on Your Bags unless accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Your Bags. Purchaser hereby agrees that acceptance of the products shipped to it under its purchase order shall constitute an acceptance by Purchaser of all of the terms of this Limited Warranty as set forth above.
